Introduction

As a professional and personal certified coach, Jennifer has partnered with both youth and adults during transitional periods of their lives whether in an academic, personal or career related context. Jennifer works alongside her clients bringing forth their strengths, skills and potential while navigating barriers, creating insight and holding them accountable. In addition to her coaching, she has worked as a counsellor in the field of mental health and addiction. In combining both her counseling and coaching practices, she has led, support groups and leadership workshops in a variety of organizations. While working in group format, she creates the space for individuals to voice their challenges, struggles and frustrations as well as their successes, goals and ambitions.
