Someone recently told me something revelatory in regards to the new reality we are experiencing:
While we are all in this together, that doesn’t mean we are all in the same boat.
So true. Yet, we must remember one thing: No matter what boat you are in, there is a life jacket that will help you navigate these “waters”.
You can find it within yourself. It doesn’t come with instructions, nor would you want it to, as it becomes tiring after a while to try to follow everything everyone does. There is lots of advice out there, it gets confusing and exhausting….
Instead, try listening to yourself. Your gut knows. Your gut is the life jacket you need.
