Newly designated Master Corporate Executive Coach (MCEC) awarded by the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches through the MEECO Leadership Development Institute, Dr. Mirella De Civita, President of Papillon MDC and Founder of Grand Heron International, was a keynote speaker at the 2018 MEECO Leadership Development Conference in Estes Park, Colorado from May 21-23.

Dr. De Civita’s session “Diversifying your business with purpose: Moving beyond the constraints of your time” was enthusiastically received and opened a new discussion on the future of the executive coaching industry.
