This webinar will deal with issues surrounding the practice of coaching that may border on psychotherapeutic approaches,  and how to manage effectively while staying true to the profession of coaching. Topics specific to mental health will be addressed, including how to make effective referrals to mental health professionals in situations where the client is showing signs of emotional distress, surpassing what can be managed in a coaching co-partnership. This course will also deal with some misconceptions about psychotherapy, and begin to shed light on the differences between both practices as well as highlighting the complementary benefits of both.
