“I was very happy with the coaching provided by Connie Pacifico during the fall of 2017. I wanted help to become a more effective advocate for some of the organizations and causes that I support as a volunteer.  Connie’s questions helped me to focus on and identify the outcome I wanted, plan and prepare what I would say, seek allies, examine the barriers I was facing and find ways to address them. I learned to use her questions on myself and have become much more deliberate and continuous in my efforts.”

Board member and Advocate Health & Education Sectors

“I began working with Connie early on in my management tenure and she helped me prioritize what is important and avoid pitfalls of new managers. Her gentle prodding has also helped me understand that not every individual has the same abilities and I focus on everyone’s strengths rather than instill my way on everyone.”

Vice President Commercial Banking

“Le coaching de Connie m’a permis de mieux me connaître, m’a donné confiance de passer à l’action et m’a aidé à faire une prise de poste avec succès. De plus, l’introduction au concept du triangle dramatique de Karpman et au triangle de TED* comme antidote a changé ma vie personnelle et professionnelle.”
