Connie Pacifico brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients who rely on her for her common sense approach to managing their business. She uses that same common sense approach in facilitating the learning journey of her executive clients, including professionals and entrepreneurs. Her action-oriented approach to coaching, coupled with sensitivity for grasping the essence of the conversation, has led to many experiencing a profound transformation. Her background allows her to easily understand her clients’ point of view, bringing insightful and thought-provoking questions to the coaching conversation.
Connie has more than 25 years of relevant business experience in the fields of Finance, Sales and Distribution and legal operations. She served on Senior Leadership Teams, and was involved in cultural and process transformation in the financial sector. She also implemented regional sales processes; deployed technological platforms as well as supervised multi-year centralizations of key support functions. Earlier in her career, she led top performing sales teams and a fully integrated contact center.
Connie works with her clients’ strengths, she invites her clients to look beyond the obvious and see where and how they can move forward. She imbeds her clients’ language in her approach, and reflections. Her aim is to let her clients develop a way of thinking, acting and communicating that serves them for the long-term – In fact she aims to have them become their own coach!
Connie is easy-going, friendly and attuned to the core essence of her clients’ statements and thinking. She is often told by her clients – “YES that is what I wanted to say!” She aims to be a mirror, a guide, and a truth seeker so her clients can gain clarity and achieve what is most important to them.
Connie Pacifico is based in Montreal Québec Canada. She holds her own consulting practice focusing on executive coaching, team development workshops and training.
