Group Coaching Supervision sessions are designed to provide coaches with a trusted forum to share their experiences as coaches, and learn through the process of collective wisdom and guidance from certified supervisors.

Our Coaching Supervision services are provided by Certified Coaching Supervisors. Coaching Supervisors and Coach participants agree to abide by the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council Code of Ethics

The ICF supports Coaching Supervision for coaches as part of their continual professional development (CPD). ICF credentialed coaches can submit up to 10 hours of Coaching Supervision as Core Competency Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits toward credential renewal.

Following his graduation in 2009 from Concordia University as an ICF-accredited Personal & Professional Certified Coach (PPCC), Michael went on to facilitate the teaching, training, Mentor coaching, and Coaching Supervision to over 250 coaches. Michael, having completed his Coaching Supervision training at Oxford Brookes University, received the Professional Certificate of Advanced Study in Coaching Supervision, and became both an Association of Coaching Supervisors (AoCS) Regional Coordinator and Ambassador for Canada. Michael is also a certified Group coach, Team coach, and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Along with Coaching Supervision, he specializes in Developmental coaching and Performance coaching, reflecting his ongoing dedication to Continuous Personal & Professional Development (CPD) for coaches worldwide.
Having experienced the value of supervision firsthand, Nathalie Doré completed an intensive coach supervision certification from Mozaik International in 2020 to share her experience as a coach. Nathalie regularly mentors apprentice coaches from the PPCC Concordia Program and takes her role as a coach Sherpa seriously without taking herself too seriously. You’ll enjoy the depth of her practice and the lightness of her touch. She has extensive experience in learning development, facilitation, and leadership development. She is also a Certified Human Resource Professional, and a professional NLP Coach. She works with entrepreneurs and leaders of all levels from mid to large sized organizations to help them achieve their desired goals. Her clients include leaders promoted to a management or executive position, leaders in transition or wanting to gain a deeper, broader, and clearer understanding of the issues facing their role, and the capacity to respond effectively.
