Maria has over 25 years of experience in organizational leadership development in Operations, Customer Service and Quality. She has driven transformational changes, performance optimization and full P&L ownership in global leadership roles in the Aerospace Industry. Maria has cultivated a highly engaged employee culture and sustained customer satisfaction excellence.

Lucie Bourgeois

Lucie Bourgeois | Societal Engagement and Human Resources

Founding President, Umalia

Lucie founded Umalia in 2012, a consulting firm specializing in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), after spending 20 years as a senior executive in large multinational companies, in multiple functions including CSR, strategic planning, change management and human resources management. Lucie has developed pragmatic tools and methodologies to anchor societal engagement in business strategies and to build multisector partnerships with societal impact.

Michel Beaulieu

Michel has over 30 years of experience in the IT business spanning operations, customer service and complex project delivery. Michel is known for his abilities to build high performance cultures; cultivating customer service excellence. She has held worldwide executive roles for a number of national and international companies where she developed and grew their digital transformation.

Heather is a seasoned Finance professional with close to 25 years of experience in real estate, capital markets and real estate investment funds in Québec and Ontario. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Heather has received several excellence awards for her keen financial acumen over the course of her career.

Currently Group COO for a global oncology provider, he is a strategic problem solver, innovator, change agent and visionary executive able to develop and implement plans on a global scale. Michael has a passion for building high performance teams.

An entrepreneur and executive business leader, Louis turns conceptual ideas into profitable products and services. He has accumulated over 20 years in business development and strategy as well as negotiating complex partnerships to drive revenue growth and brand awareness. He was the co-founder of Chronometriq (Pomelo Health, acquired by Telus Health), involved in the development of SaaS solutions aimed at
improving healthcare access and outcomes for patients. Louis also volunteers as a mentor to entrepreneurs where he leverages his experience to help post-seed startups
reach their goals.
